It is my responsibility to make sure that New U Life has the best IT Platform possible. This means working with the right people, ensuring we have the right tools, and making sure we have the processes in place to support the company.
HOBBIES / FUN
In addition to loving my job, I also love spending time with family, preparing good food on my grill, spending time at Lake Powell, and reading.
With more than 20 years helping direct sales companies use technology effectively, I am excited now to take all I have learned and apply it at New U Life!

I lived in Thailand for 5 years and speak fluent Thai.
I have 9 years of experience in product management with 6 of those in the MLM industry.
Adrienne Makin

ROLE
I work to ensure I understand New U Life business needs and how to translate those needs into clear-cut requirements for software modifications. In a partnership with the tech team, I help resolve issues, manage projects and scheduling priorities.
HOBBIES / FUN
I live with my husband and our small herd of cats in Springville, Utah. My husband (who is a comedian) and I record a podcast together called “My Wife Thinks”. Toast is my ultimate favorite food, and I have a moderate addiction to buying sweaters.
I have 5 years of experience in project management and a master’s degree in management and leadership. The last 3+ years of my career were spent working at a software company where I supported multiple MLM clients in a project management/business analyst capacity. I help manage our ticketing system, work with user groups to improve our applications, and detail system requirements along with testing software changes.

HOBBIES / FUN
I've always loved to travel, and one my favorite memories was traversing the Panama canal via boat. I also spent some time with an indigenous tribe there, and let me tell you, no one makes a better plantain.
I have several years of UX Design experience, with 4y at an advertising agency and 3y at a software development agency where I managed a team of UX and UI designers. I have always focused on user testing and making data-driven design decisions.

I enjoy working remotely in Mexico and I'm in the process of re-modeling an apartment in Guanajuato to work from.
I have over 10 years as a designer, recently working at startups to enhance the user experience of the organizations' web products. I conduct user testing, build prototypes and validate the product with users to ensure we're addressing the right features.

HOBBIES / FUN
I am always picking up new and increasingly expensive hobbies, such as Historical European swordfighting, home automation, cooking, and currently blacksmithing and knifemaking.
I have worked for 7 years testing, automating, and managing software projects.

I work with different business groups at NewULife to understand technology requirements, and in turn, provide those to our technical team to get them scheduled and worked. I work with users when issues are first reported and handle the project details until it is tested and deployed.
HOBBIES / FUN
My favorite things to do are spending time with my husband, my daughter Madison, and my son Carter as well as our two Golden Retrievers Bentley and Lilly. We travel quite a bit as a family, most frequently visiting Disney destinations!
I have 15 years experience as a BA or Project Manager. My previous work experience at Mary Kay Inc. provided me with an MLM background. My current job responsibilities include managing our help desk ticketing system, working with user groups to improve our applications, detailing out system requirements and testing.

I am a self-motivated and self-taught professional who likes to solve problems.
